What you can expect from us.
- We will actually get back to you! In a timely manner! We know you want to get the ball rolling on the cake or sweet things for your upcoming event. We won’t leave you hanging.
- We will chat about your event, as we want to know all about it. This helps us work together to design something amazing.
- We will send you an invoice for payment – and we let you do this via credit card or bank transfer.
- We will send you our terms and conditions, so we all know where we stand.
- We will send you a detailed order confirmation, so you know exactly what you are getting.
- We will liaise with your venue and florist, so you know that we are all working together for you.

The final price will very much depend on size, flavour, style and design.
We will work with you to determine the best sized cake for your event, and will provide you with a custom quote dependant on your cake design.

Minimum order of 20 per item is required.
The next steps...
Once we have finalised a gorgeous design and flavour for your event, a 50% (non-refundable) deposit of the total cost will seal the deal. We will email this to you in an invoice, which can be paid via credit card or bank transfer.
We will contact you two weeks prior to your event, and you will receive an order confirmation to check, so you know exactly what you are getting from us. The balance of payment will be due two weeks prior to your event.
